Diamond Volute
A beautiful diamond volute with a luxurious feel is applied to the back of the neck, not only for decorative purposes but also to ensure the neck's strength. It also controls the mass of the neck and provides a resonance effect.
Rosewood Fingerboard
Carefully selected high-quality rosewood is used for the fingerboard to achieve high quality in both playability and sound. Position marks are offset for distinctive design and visibility.
Neck Joint
High-precision Dovetail joint is handcrafted by skilled builders. This is the joint method that Morris has consistently employed, and is the part that has the greatest impact on the sound and requires the highest level of technical skill.
Body Back
Standard round back design for a resounding sound. The center of the back is decorated with wood-crafted strip binding.
Rosette & Pickguard Design
With beautiful rosette sound hole, characteristically shaped pickguard is designed with consideration of its effect on the sound to ensure a shape and thickness that does not detract from the guitar's sound.
GOTOH Open-Back Pegs
GOTOH pegs, which boast extremely high precision and durability, are used. The open-back pegs not only give a classical impression, but also produce a speedy sound without spoiling overtones due to their light weight.
